Quarterly p-ANI Tip – October 2024

New System & Website

As a reminder, the Routing Number Administration System (RNAS) will be replaced with the new NANP Administration System (NAS). The new system combines the existing NANP Administration System (NAS), Pooling Administration System (PAS) and RNAS systems. Registration for the new system began on September 30, 2024.

As of 12:00 AM ET on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, no applications may be submitted in the existing NAS, PAS, and RNAS, however, NANPA will make exceptions to address any customer impacting issues. The new combined NANP Administration System (NAS) will go live at 9:00 am ET on October 28, 2024.

For User Types subscribing to p-ANI Resources, NANPA recommends subscribing to the NANP Notification System (NNS) for p-ANI. All p-ANI notifications will be sent via the NNS, so it is important to subscribe to NNS and p-ANI to ensure all notifications are received. It is also important to keep your user profile active to ensure all notifications are received.

In addition to the new system, the current websites (www.nationalnanpa.com, www.nationalpooling.com, and www.nationalpani.com) will be replaced with the new www.nanpa.com website. The new website will also go live at 9:00 am ET on October 28, 2024.
