Routing Number Administrator System User
Account Info
User Profile
When adding a new OCN or new NENA ID to your user
profile, please also include the corresponding NENA ID to OCN or
OCN to NENA ID.
For consultants, please also provide the letter of authorization
(LOA) for each carrier’s NENA ID/OCN you add to your user
profile.
Passwords
RNAS passwords expire every 120 days from the date of issuance.
You will receive an email notification ten calendar days prior
to the password expiration. You must log in to RNAS and reset
your password within ten calendar days of receiving the
notification; otherwise your account will be disabled. If the
password has not been reset within 7 calendars of days receiving
the first email notification, a second and final email reminder
will be sent to you.
If at any time you forgot your password or you were unable to
rest your password prior to it expiring, you can obtain a
temporary password by going to the
http://www.nationalpani.com website and under Quick
Links select RNAS Request Temporary Password,
then enter your email address and RNAS will send an email to you
with your temporary password.
