Replacing Dialable p-ANIs with Non-Dialable
p-ANIs
If a request for new p-ANIs is to replace existing
dialable p-ANI(s) with

non-dialable p-ANI(s) please indicate it in the
‘Comments’ field provided on the Part 1
-
and include the dialable p-ANI(s) that are being replaced. Since
the carrier has already established this requirement with either
the PA or the NANPA to obtain the dialable p-ANI(s), no
additional documentation (FCC License, State Certification
or pages 2 and 36 of FCC Form 477) is required.
